Joanna Snow Ministries, Inc partners with schools to equip students, educators, and staff with practical tools that strengthen relationships, improve behavior, and create positive learning environments. Through engaging professional development and Student Success Groups, we help schools foster social-emotional growth, executive functioning, communication skills, emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy decision-making. Our services are educational, preventative, and strengths-based, providing students and educators with evidence-informed strategies they can apply immediately in the classroom and beyond.

Our Student Success Groups are designed for small groups of students who would benefit from additional support in areas such as social skills, emotional regulation, executive functioning, conflict resolution, self-confidence, communication, responsibility, problem-solving, and healthy relationships. We also provide customized professional development for school staff on topics including trauma-informed practices, de-escalation strategies, classroom culture, effective communication, professional boundaries, adolescent development, and creating safe, supportive learning environments. Every partnership is tailored to the unique needs and goals of the school, with the shared mission of helping every student thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
