Life can feel uncertain — whether you’re navigating a new season, facing anxiety, or just trying to stay grounded in a world that moves fast. Therapy can help you slow down, sort things out, and rediscover your footing.

I provide a safe, respectful space for clients to explore what’s happening below the surface. With warmth, humor, and insight, I help individuals and couples work through emotional, mental, and relational challenges — with strategies that make sense in real life.

🛠️ How I Help:

I use an integrative, evidence-based approach to counseling that is flexible and responsive to each client’s needs.

I’m currently pursuing a PhD in Counseling and Psychological Studies with a concentration in Biblical Counseling through Regent University, and I’m trained to incorporate spiritual perspectives when clients desire that — but I also work just as comfortably in a completely clinical setting.

What my clients can count on is this: you’ll be met with professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to meaningful progress.

💡 What to Expect:

I’m thoughtful but down-to-earth — I’ll listen deeply, ask good questions, and help you get clarity on what’s really going on. Sessions are a collaborative process, not a lecture or checklist. My goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered.

📅 Let’s Work Together:

I currently have availabilites on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
