What do we mean by “Movement”?

We want to awaken a

movement in perspective

that will shift the way we

connect with the Lord.

The world is not always kind. People get hurt, and they can move through their lives as the walking wounded. We at Joanna Snow Ministries recognize that people can be hurt in church, too. When that happens, we can stop completely, turn away, or shut down. Those are not the types of movement we need.

On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”

— Mark 2:17

If churches are to welcome the sick, they must have people in place to help facilitate healing. We have to accept that people in the church and those who come to the church are not spiritually healthy, and they aren’t fixed with just a pat on the shoulder and typing a name on a prayer list.

People need to have relationships and reality. People need to CONNECT. Joanna Snow Ministries wants to help people do that: connect with others, connect with God.

How?

Let’s open up the conversation!

“Movement” can be used in reference to our bodies, transportation, and even music. Most of the time, it involves a change from place to place.

That’s what we at Joanna Snow Ministries are looking for:

a shift.
