The world doesn’t always make sense — but therapy can.

🎯 Common reasons people see Ben:

  • Work pressure and responsibility overload

  • Marriage and relationship strain

  • Anger, frustration, or emotional numbness

  • Feeling stuck or lost in direction

  • Trouble relaxing or sleeping

  • Wanting to be a better spouse or parent

  • Needing a place to talk without judgment

You’ve done everything “right” — working, taking care of things, pushing through — but life still feels like it’s moving faster than you can catch up. Relationships are complicated, social situations feel draining, and you may even feel misunderstood or like you don’t quite belong.

You don’t have to figure it out on your own. Therapy can be a place to slow down, untangle what’s heavy, and finally breathe again.

🛠️ How I Help:

I provide a calm, patient environment where you can be fully yourself — no judgment, no pressure. Whether we’re working on emotional regulation, relationships, or building practical coping skills, I’ll meet you where you are and move at your pace.

Therapy with me is about collaboration, not lectures. Sometimes we’ll talk strategy, sometimes we’ll simply process what’s going on, and sometimes we’ll even laugh along the way.

💡 What to Expect:

If you’re nervous about therapy, that’s okay. You don’t need to have perfect words or know exactly what to say. I’ll bring understanding, patience, and practical tools to help you find your footing.

📅 Let’s Work Together:

I’m currently accepting new adult clients for in-person and video sessions for weekday, evening appointments and video sessions on Saturdays.
