Social stuff may be hard, but therapy doesn’t have to be.

🎯 Who Ben Helps:

  • Children, teens and young adults with anxiety or social overwhelm

  • Individuals on the autism spectrum

  • Those who feel like they’ve never “fit”

  • People trying to improve communication or self-understanding

You’re smart. You’re aware. You know what people expect from you — but it doesn’t always come naturally. The rules of conversation, connection, and emotion can feel like a moving target. And that gets exhausting.

Whether you’re a teen trying to survive high school, a young adult figuring out life, or someone navigating life on the spectrum — I create a space where you don’t have to mask, explain, or perform.

🛠️ How I Help:

I take a practical, supportive approach that meets you where you are. We can talk strategy, explore feelings, and even bring humor into the room. Whether you’re working on emotional regulation, stress management, or just need a safe place to process, I’m here for it.

I specialize in neurodiverse-friendly care, and sessions are always tailored to your communication style and pace.

💡 What to Expect:

You don’t have to know how to open up. We can start with small talk or dive right in — totally up to you. I’ll bring patience, respect, and zero judgment.

📅 Let’s Work Together:

I currently have weekday and evening appointments available for in person or video. Video Only on Saturdays.
